Purchases and delivery

Checkout is handled through Tebex. The seller details, total price, applicable taxes, payment terms and delivery information shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Keep your receipt and transaction ID. Your purchase grants the licence described on the product page and in the applicable terms; it does not transfer ownership of the resource or permission to redistribute it.

Cancellation and refunds

We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery has begun. For UK consumers, the cancellation right for digital content ends only when supply starts after you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge losing that right, with confirmation provided to you. A purchase alone does not waive your rights. If these requirements have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here excludes or limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and as described. Where it fails these requirements, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, or a price reduction (which can be the full price) where the legal conditions apply. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply regardless of this policy.

Getting help

For installation or product faults, contact TinySprite support with your transaction ID, resource name and a description of the problem. For payment, cancellation or refund requests, use the seller contact details in your Tebex receipt. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Where another statement conflicts with your statutory rights, those rights take priority.
