1. Purpose of Service

5mnetwork is a community-driven safety and reporting platform. Our service includes:

• Blacklist Directory: A database of individuals or entities flagged for community safety risks.
• Trusted Creator Directory: A vetted list of creators who have met 5mnetwork safety and quality standards.
• Public Interest Reporting: Evidence-led reporting to prevent fraud, theft, and community harm.

2. Legal Basis for Data Processing (UK GDPR)

5mnetwork operates as a journalistic reporting entity.

• Journalism Exemption: Pursuant to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (Schedule 2, Part 5, Para 26), we process personal identifiers (such as Discord IDs and Store Names) in the public interest.
• Right to Erasure:Because our data is processed for journalistic purposes to protect the community from harm, we may decline "Right to Erasure" requests where removal would impair the public's right to be informed of verified safety risks.

3. Submissions & Evidence

When users submit a report, they agree to the following:

• Accuracy: You must provide truthful, first-hand evidence (screenshots, logs, transaction IDs).
• Responsibility: 5mnetwork is not responsible for the content submitted by users, but we reserve the right to remove any report that lacks sufficient evidence or is found to be malicious.
• Audit Logs: All submissions and staff actions are tracked via internal audit logs and webhooks for accountability.

4. Trusted Creator Directory

Creators listed in our "Trusted" directory agree to:

• Maintain the security of their promo cards and profiles.
• Uphold the standards of the 5mnetwork community.
• Staff Management: 5mnetwork staff reserve the right to revoke "Trusted" status at any time if safety or quality standards are no longer met.

5. Limitation of Liability

• 5mnetwork provides information for educational and safety purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the future behavior of any listed creator or user.
• Server owners and individuals use the information on this site at their own risk.
• 5mnetwork is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your choice to engage or not engage with listed parties.

6. Moderation & Appeals

• Our moderation flow is evidence-led.
• Right to Reply: Any individual listed on the Blacklist has the right to submit a statement to be displayed alongside their entry.
• Appeals: If you believe you have been listed in error, you must open a support ticket with proof of resolution or evidence of inaccuracy.
• Final Decision: 5mnetwork staff hold the final authority on all listings.

7. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Use 5mnetwork data to harass, "dox," or threaten individuals.
• Attempt to bypass our moderation systems or submit fake evidence.
• Scrape our database for commercial use without prior written consent.
